Body Change is a highly efficient programme that has been successfully introduced in Germany by choreographer Detlef D Soost. In the US, the Body Change concept will be launched under the testimonial of John Cena. What these two guys have in common is their well-developed sense for their physical needs, and their discipline. In the case of John Cena these factors have led to an out-standing career as a wrestler (WWE).

So, looking at how John does it by registering for the Body Change programme will get motivated US citizens to lose weight and gain a new sense of their body in the process. The “twbc” programme has been developed by specialists in the fields of nutrition and training. It is a combination of healthy eating and a work-out that fits the individual.


With his well-defined muscles and his enviable body shape John Cena is bound to attract a followership that will want to take the step towards a new life. To explain the nutritional side of the programme which is its core one has to think in terms of “good” and “bad” food. Ingredients such as cinnamon or avocado pears help boost the system whereas carbohydrates such as pasta are less favourable and should be skipped. In order to learn how to cook “good” meals that are versatile and tasty, the person who follows the programme will be shown videos in which John Cena presents appetizing food and how to prepare meals in no time.

The good news, and a special aspect of the twbc programme, is an “indulgence day”. People who take the 10 week course are allowed to “sin” once a week, loading up on food that is normally forbidden. Experience has shown that this does not lead to a gain in weight but seems to work well for a system that is otherwise nourished in a “proper” manner.

The second column of this programme is the work-out part. Luckily, it takes only 2 x 20 minutes per week to practice the different exercises that John Cena will present in a video, two. So, changing your eating habits is the interesting part, and the work-out helps keeping fit. This work-out will start only in the third week of the programme after the system has undergone an initial change.

As the German results have shown, a ten week programme is adequate in order to really promote a change in the body. But, if someone wants to pursue this new way of living, he is invited to book the follow-up step, which is presented under the name of “Body Change Next”. This is a programme that is directed to all those who want to exercise a certain long-lasting discipline. It could take one or two years, in which the person will be provided more recipes, more work-out exercises and general information as to how to motivate himself. These two programmes can be regarded as a “starter” and a very long “main course”.

    You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

    Hi, My name Alyssa Schriner, I live an active life going all over the place with soccer and stuff I need to keep up with my 12 an 10 year boys. I’m only 36 and stand at 4″8″. There both taller than me and I need to be able to keep up with them!!!
